bleek kraagloos met witte prikkelende beperkte kraag, aroma van appels, zoet. sulfiet, smaken zijn matig tot redelijk zoet, zacht, zwak zuur, appels, sulfiet, droog, co2 valt mee, kalk, ok cider.

Sampled @ Craftbier Messe Mainz 2016. Klare hell goldgelbe Farbe. Geruch nach sauren Äpfeln, süß, künstlich. Geschmack nach künstlich süßen Äpfeln, apfelringe.

Bouteille 33cl de Delhaize, BB 20.01.2018. Dorée claire, col blanc fin. Arôme est plaisant, pomme pressée, le tout est assez frais et vert, mettant en avant de belles effluves de Jonagold. Palais est léger, pomme et chair avec une bonne balance sucré et acidulé, petite note citrique en fin de bouche, le tout est ’crisp’, et sur une effervescence moyenne voire haute.

Clear golden, champagne like colour, white lasting head (surprisingly lasting actually, maybe because of the champagne flute I used). Apple aroma, light sweet, apple skins, hint of funk. Quite sweet flavour, apples, skins. Nice bubbles, champagne like. Finish apple. Nice cider!

Pours clear blonde, big white head but dissapears in seconds. Smell is dry, a lot remindin of cava / champagne . apple notes, and a hidden sweetness. Taste is full, dry, very vegetable apples, rather dry, full mouthfeel and rather intense taste. Again, it has a certain cava-like undertone. I myself think its OK only, but i can see this working very well comercially.

Straw blond with no head. Aroma is quite floral. Flavour has a natural light sweetness. Very light and easy to drink.
