Banany jakby z jablkiem podpieczone na grilu. Troche skorki od chleba, a do tego delikatny maslany posmak. W smaku jest dosc intensywne, ale sprawialo wrazenie jakby innego od kanonu gatunku. Zabraklo karmelu, Piana niewielka i srednio trwala.

Warning! Early amateur rating! Slightly tart start. Not much body but has a soft caramelly finish. Not bad!

500 ml bottle. Hazy, yellow/orange with a big foamy white head, not particular dark. Aroma is fruity and spicy with a little hint of banana. Flavor is refreshing, fruity, sweet malt, yeast and a bit fruity sourness. Medium body and quite tasty as a weissbier.

500ml bottle from Utobeer. Oh so I was a bit far gone when I had this, but still. Pretty much as you would expect a dark weizen to look, muddy brown with a touch of gold with a lasting white head. Banana and cereal aroma. Some toffee. OK in mouth with more banana and cereal and toffee on end. Slightly tart and dry on finish. Fair enough beer.

Brown-grey, very hazy. (Actually pretty ugly!) Light bodied, a hint of tofee, some estery flavours.

I've never been a huge dunkelweizen fan, but this one's not bad. Good balance (meaning the phenols don't clash with the dark malts, which I usually find is the case with this style).
