Bottle from Terre de Boissons Calais and drunk on a picnic blanket. Clear amber colour lasting white head. Sweet and oddly artificial aroma. No off flavours but just clearly artificial and just not something I would want again. Some dryness on the finish. Just a bit poor to be honest

21/VII/17 - 33cl bottle from Willems (Grobbendonk), shared @ Belgian Ticks Tasting (home) - BB: 5/I/19 (2017-1078)

Clear orange beer, big irregular fluffly head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: totally smells like cuberdons (forest fruit flavoured cone shaped candy in Belgium), sweet and sugary impression, probably artificially added? Can't for the world imagine that such a typical smell and so strong would come from natural aromas like yeast esters or the like... MF: too much carbon, medium body. Taste: lots and lots of cuberdon candy again, sweet and sugary, bit malty, some ripe banana. Aftertaste: sweet, sugary, peach flavoured candy. What the hell is this abomination? This isn't "subtilement fruité" anymore, this is artificial flavourings in your face. :-(

Thank you tderoeck! 330 ml. bottle sampled @ “Belgian Ticks Tasting Ghent”. Clear amber orange, off-white solid head,… Nose is so bloody sweet, chemical, soap, candy, overly big banana,…. Horribly over carbonated, chemical, rubbish soap, sweet, fizzy, industrial chemicals, rubbish carbonation and sweetness,.. Worst I have had from this brewery so far & I am not a big fan.
