Keg at Warsaw Beer Festival, 08/04/17. Lightly hazed golden orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is citric zest, funky green berry must, balsa wood, lemon sherbets, grass. Taste comprises on the turn melon, passionfruit pissoi, damp grass, lemon rind, hay bale, citric sherbets. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced puckering climax. Solid refreshing sour.

Tap. Straw-yellow color. Aroma: sour and sweet, berries and fruits. Taste: sour milk, papaya, passion fruit, refreshing and pleasant.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours yellow with a slight haze and a small, white head. Very intense - almost herbal - aroma of passionfruit. Medium body, extremely dry, lactic acid - Berliner Weisse-style - tart with the passion fruit coming very much through. Still a little low in carbonation, but more than in the two other Labs I’ve had. I bet this could be refreshing if really cold on a hot summer’s day. 280617

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a small off-white head. The aroma has notes of fruits, lacto, and lemons. The flavor is acidic with notes of lacto, passionfruit, and lemons, leading to a tart finish.

From tap. Pours hazy yellow. Small white head. Aroma is dense passion fruity. Citric and smooth fruity. Dry and mellow fruity. Citrusy. Sourish and dry fruity far finish.

Draft glass at Warszawski Festiwal Piwa’17 - day 3, split with 77ships. Dorée, col fin blanc.Arôme au bouquet bien fruité tropical et fruit de la passion qui reste bien présent, rétro acidulé. Palais est bien tropical, fruit passion avec une petite touche d’acidité. rafraichissant et râpeux en fin de bouche, grinçant aux dents avec en plus fine amertume houblonnée qui perce en retrait. L’effet un peu suret de la passion ressort bien ans être surfait.

Thank you for sharing Sebletitje! Sampled draft @ Warsaw Beer Festival Spring 2017. Sparkling hazy orange, creamy white head. Nose is wow huge delicious passion fruit, beautiful. Taste is big lactic passionfruit, very juicy, low acid burn. Body is acidic, strong burn. Fruit is huge awesome. I love passion fruit, very good stuff.

Keg at the Warsaw beer fest. Pours mostly clear yellow with a creamy, pure white head. Great aroma, vibrant passion fruits, some lemon. Light sweet flavour with mellow acidity, a little salt, more lemon and passion fruits. Light bodiednwith average carbonation. Clean and quenching in the finish, more tart lemon, passion fruit, cleansing acidity. Great beer.
