Sights & Swills Summer Holiday Beer#99. ST MALO. From June 2025. Much deeper coloured than amber - more amber-red in colour. The effect is the same though, and this is a crisp steady example in the style. Hop-malt balanced.

Old rating from 2013 - 330ml bottle, It pours amber with a off white head. Aromas & tastes of caramel, raisins, nuts, wood, spices & malt. Moderate body. Smooth finish

6,5 % version. Smell of malt. Copper colour, beige head. Aroma of caramel malt, some hops, faint dried fruit. Soft carbon. Medium sweet.

Bière 33 cl. Robe ambrée. Lègères notes de fruits rouges au nez. En bouche, une bière légère, fruitée et assez bulleuse, rien d'extraordinaire. (M)

Red brown colour with lasting head. Aroma has toasted malt and red fruits. Flavour is similar but also with some toasty nutty notes.

Color rojizo, sucio. Aspecto poco agradable, especialmente cuando se va la espuma. Aroma herbal y a chocolate. El chocolate es el sabor predominante, junto con un tono frutal y a fermento. Poco cuerpo y algo aguada. No es muy bebible, ni se disfruta.
