Sampled at VCBF 2017. Thnx for sharing, Tim and Eugene ! Pours black, not much head. Smell is intense, malty, pure maple goodness. Mild coffee. Taste is very full, dark chocolate, maple intensity. Full body, low carbo. Whats not to be amazed about ? One of those very few beers i’ll remember for a long time ! I’ll need more of this...

Sampled draft @ VCBF 1. Thank you for sharing tderoeck & kraddel. Super thick molasses not overly thick all sweet with caramel, dark wild honey, sugar, candy, sweet bourbon more bourbon syrup than barrel, amazingly thick sweet caramel & maple like a concentrate almost. Stupidly good.

Pretty clear red brown beer, practically no head. Aroma: very intense, lots of quality maple syrup, spicy touch, hint of cinnamon, cloves, wood notes, caramel, vanilla. MF: no carbon, full body. Taste: very oxidized, spicy, lots of maple syrup, molasses, caramel, sweet, alcohol. Aftertaste: hint of mocha, spicy, caramel, molasses, maple syrup, really nice stuff!
