Whilst still in college, Tom won quite a reputation for brewing. Thinking himself above the law, he experimented with many forbidden ingredients. He’d gotten away with everything up to this point, but eventually his obsession to create a beer-based panacea blinded him to consequences and his experiments became more and more bold. His next creation was a potion whose aroma put flowers and passion fruit to shame – Sensei Sorachi White AIPA

Barwa pomarańczowa, zamglone, piana biała, średnio obfita, dość trwała. W aromacie wanilia, cytrusy, skórka pomarańczy. W smaku słodowe, czuć wanilię, skórka pomarańczy, cytrusy, lekki karmel. Goryczka do średniej, wysycenie w normie, ciało też. Niezłe, ale bez szału.

Ogórkowo(świeży)-koperkowo-ziołowe. Goryczka średnia, trochę zalegająca. Ciekawe

Bottle 500ml. @ home. [ As Birbant Sensei ].Unclear medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, rye, moderate hoppy, citrus, warm citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, rye, caramel, sweet malt, orange - spicy hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20171224] 6-3-7-3-14

Clear orange beer, creamy solid yellowish to beige head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: bit dirty, smoky touch, fruity, some orange peel. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish, very bitter, fruity, quite some citrus, dank, resinous. Aftertaste: sweet malts, caramel, citrus, some grapefruit, lots of oranges, orange peel, bitter, very resinous, dry finish, fruity, more grapefruit.

6th May 2017
Tomahawk, Centennial, Sorachi Ace and Chinook hops. Light haze on this gold beer, good cream colour head. Palate is airy and fairly dry, decent fine carbonation. Light malts, dry creamy sweetness. Skewed Sorachi - a pithy floral lemon with a plant like twist. Light bitter finish. Awkward.

Barwa jasnozłota, lekko zamglone, piana średniopęcherzykowa. W aromacie lekko wyczuwalne nuty świeżych ogórków i jakby melon. W smaku podobnie lekko, gorycz na średnim poziomie. Czegoś brakuje w tym piwie.

Draft glass at Warszawski Festiwal Piwa’17 - day 1, split with 77ships. Cuivrée, col fin blanc. Arôme est bien fruité avec un effet Sorachi Ace sublime avec ce bouquet grandiose d’aneth et un léger rétro rappelant le bois de cèdre. Palais est généreux avec un excellent Sorachi, finement herbacé, encore de l’aneth, pointe rappelant le melon et finement épicé. Simple, single hop bien exécutée, belle entrée en la matière pour ce festival.
