Courtesy of Ungstrup. Cloudy deep amber with a large beige head. Sweet and somewhat oxydized aroma with roasted malt, caramel and overripe dark fruits. Flavour had roasted malt, caramel, dark overripe fruits and hints of oxidation. Finished sweet.

Bottle. Fruity, light berrylike nose with honey accents. Hazy red-golden colour, with a fine cream head. Fat fruity base, noble hops, light earthy notes and a bit smoke, very nice balance. Chewy medium body. rich aromatic and fruity aftertaste.

Had this in a cafe/shop in Ribe, Denmark 21-09-08 Pours hazy amber, I’m not exactly sure of the style as I drink this as it seems a touch sour and rustic at times. Loz noted some smokiness I’m not really getting that but I get fruitiness, sweetness, it is good and fruity red in colour nice tang, its alright.

Hand pumped at Københavnske Øldage 2007
Hazy copper color. The aroma shows some yeast esters and fruitness. Simple flavor, quite sweet, lightly fruity. Nothing complex, but easily drinkable.
