Pours from 12oz sampler bottle(room Temp) a clear light gold with a small head of foam that reduces to a fine broken layer with some lacing.

The smell is a delicate nose of hops with some malt sweetness barely noticeable.

The taste is also delicate when it comes to the hops and malt. The malt doesn't impart any sweetness however and the hops are not bitter in the way I like the bitterness to taste. Strange tasting brew. I'd say the dominant flavour that hits my palate is grain...Thank goodness the finish is pretty clean.

I'm always excited when I get to try a new offering from Grand Teton but...this one is just too ordinary and uninspiring. Maybe "Organic" Ale is not the way to go?

Bottom line: I'm glad I got to try this one but I won't be buying any when it hits the retail market.

Bottled at Old Faithful, WY. Clear golden, small head. Fruity and grainy. Mid dry with some vanilla, grass and spicy mustard. Light bodied with spritzy mouthfeel. Salty finish with ligyt bitterness. Quite refreshing.

Pour is a cloudy orange with an average white head. Aroma is of some light grain and a small touch of citrus. Flavor is some biscuit malts and some sweetness. Not bad but also not good as there is nothing for you say wow that was a really good beer.

Good Hops and moderate malt from this beer. There is a little bitterness, like a good European pilsner. Dry, some flowers. Very good for an organic beer.

Bottle: Poured a lightly cloudy medium yellow color ale with a medium foamy head with good retention and no lacing. Aroma of medium sweet malt with light floral notes. Taste is not the most complex with some light sweet malt and limited hops presence. Easily drinkable but not necessarily enjoyable enough to come back to it very often.

Bottle from John’s Market in Portland, OR. Gold color with a decent white head. Faint grassy aroma. Rather bready flavor. Malt is balanced by some spicy grassy hop. Rather refreshing. Except for the flavor range it’s more lager than expected. However, a nice shot at an ale using lager ingredients. Crisp and refreshing.

Bottle pours a light, slghtly hazy golden witha small quick white head. Light sweet malts. Flavor is light grains and a bit grassy. PLeasant and light, nothing offensive, but nothing remarkable either.

Bottle: Pours a clear golden color with a large white head that dissapated quickly. Nose is floral and sweet, but comes across with heavy grain tones. Like a whole grain cereal. Taste is grains, wheat, a light bitters in the tail. Has a musty and earthy feel typical of the organic genre.
