Дорогие друзья, рады представить вам очередной русский имперский стаут из нашей серии, посвященной великим авиаторам нашей страны. На этот раз перед вами представлен чрезвычайно мощный и плотный Пётр, воплощение отваги и храбрости гениального Петра Нестерова, первым осуществившим мертвую петлю, заложившему основы высшего пилотажа и погибшему, опять же, от впервые исполненного авиационного тарана. Это овсяный имперский стаут, с начальной плотностью 28 единиц Плато и крепостью 10.5% об. Для достижения такой плотности мы не использовали сахар или патоку - только зерно, только хардкор. В результате этого пиво получилось мощным, плотным и насыщенно сливочным. Охмеление немецким Геркулесом, новозеландской Мотуэкой и, непременно, английским Голдинсом. И в этот раз почти никакой копчености)

Sampled at VCBF 2017. Thnx for sharing Eugene and Tim ! Pours black, rather clear, no head. Smell is roasty. Taste is full, roasted malts. Bit plastic. OK at best. Roasty ending.

Thank you tderoeck! Sampled bottled @ VCBF 2017. Black with no head. Nose is far too umami as was the case for me with their other stouts, thick umami, soy sauce, gravy, herbal. Taste is thick gravy soy sauce, mocha, teriyaki sauce, herbal, near smoke. Thick soy sauce gravy body. Decent on its own terms but I am not very into very soy sauce stouts.

Clear dark brown beer, no head. Aroma: pretty roasted, bit sweet, malty, caramel, some dried fruits, grains. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: bitter start, roasted, sweet, malty, caramel, hoppy, bit fruity. Aftertaste: bitter hops, bit fruity, very roasted, dry bitter finish.

On tap. Very dark, almost black, thin brown foam. Rich aroma: smoked sausage cheese and bacon, caramel, a little whisky. Taste: whiske, smoked, port wine, prunes and dried fruits, smoked sausage and cheese, bitter aftertaste. Great one.

Tap. Deep brown to black, opaque. Little creamy nitro head. Roasted malts, coffee, brandy, smoke, iodine on nose. Full body. Smooth creamy palate. The flavour is nicely balanced with notes mentioned for aroma. Light bitterness. Very good. Impressive
