Fajnie dzikawe sianowato, nieco owocowe, ciut octowe, w sumie dosc grzexzne i chlalne. Taniczne. Z minusikiem

Bottle: Poured a flat clear pale brown color ale with no head. Aroma of oak and light cherry notes with some sour notes is OK. Taste is a mix of oak and cherry with stale sour notes. Body is light with no carbonation. I don’t get the fuss about that one; the limited carbonation and the sourness and acidity didn’t really mesh well together.

Bottle. Color: Amber to copper, very thin white head. Aroma: Sourish, Brett, overripe apples. Taste: Nicely balanced in between moderate to medium sweet and sour taste. Notes of wood and farm barnyard like Brett yeast. Slightly over medium body, below average carbonation. Notes of lemon, yellow fruit, ripe apples. Very nice, complex and very well balanced. Refreshing.

Bottle. Glowing amber with a white head that's very soon at the rim. Aroma is funky with damp laundry, flowers, apricots and their stones, a little bread crust. Slippery, almost flat. Brooding mellow sourness with apricots, plums and overripe gooseberries, apples. Woody and pitty notes grip towards the fairly dry finish. Makes you feel alive.

Bottle shared at Beer Merchants. It pours hazy orange - amber with a bubbly white head. The aroma is earth, musty, funky, barnyard, gooseberry, white grape, white currant, lactic, vinous, oak, vanilla and gooseberry fool. The taste is dry, bitter, oily, gooseberry, white grape, vinous, barnyard, oaky, lemon sherbet, lactic, pickled onion crisps, limey, dull astringency, kick of acidity and loads of dry funk. Medium and soft carbonation. Good depth of flavour. Fun.
