Vieille Provision is a preservation beer, made from a selection of the best barrels of aged beer in our brewery. The beer is the base for Cuvée De Ranke and Kriek De Ranke and has aged at least one year on oak barrels.
Taste: The beer has a soft tartness with the subtle aroma of wood.

Hazy golden with a small white head. Funky aroma with leather dry wood and hay, along with a fruity touch of pear. Dry and really tart flavour with fruity and funky notes, and a hints of wood, bready malt and vinegar. Not up there with real lambic, but a fine sour ale

Bottle at home, from Etre. Hazy golden with fizzy, white head. Tart lemony aroma with biscuity malt, grapefruit and hay. Similar dry, tart and citrusy taste with hay leading to a tart citrus finish. Rustic and elegant with a mild acidity and just a little bit of grassy bitterness.
