Unclear golden color with a white layer on top. Good intensity in the aroma. Medium body and an average carbonation level. Quite acidic this one. Not for everyone. Mild vinegar, some oak, citric, fruity and yeast in the flavor. Refreshing ale. Dry ending.
[On tap at Haand Festival -17 in Drammen, Norway]

ACBF 2017. Thank you for sharing kraddel, tderoeck, Travlr & friends. Sampled draft.Clear pale golden with no head. Nose is apricot vinegar, peach, lactic leading into puckering acidity in a positive way. Basic lemon vinegar sour brew, very puckering, low vinegar stone fruits. Body is vinegar acidic, flat. Simple & harsh but in a pleasant way. Neat. Liked it quite a bit more than the regular one.

Sampled from tap at ACBF 2017 as ’Chain Reaction Single Barrel Cask Strength 2 Year’. Clear, golden amber with an off-white head. Sweetish, fruity and slightly funky aroma of mango, passion fruit, straw and some barnyard. Moderately sour, funky and a bit fruity taste of rhubarb, lemon, straw oak and some barnyard, followed by a medium long, rather tart, woody-dry finish. Thin to medium body, rather astringent and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!
