Keg at Beavertown Extravaganza 2017 - London. Pours clear orange-gold with a small, foamy white topping. Moderate age showing, light sweetness, rind, acid, pale wood. Medium bodied. Further acidity in the finish, mellow funk. Nice overall.

Keg at the Beavertown Extravaganza, day one, 08/09/17. A light hazed deep orange coloured pour witrh a loose white head. Aroma is Aroma is green apple, spicy sourness, some vinegar, must. Flavour is composed of spicy , bitter lemon rind, spicy vinegar, lacto, Palate is semi sweet, tangy sour, moderate carbonation.

Tap@Beavertown Extravaganza 2017, London - golden orange coloured pour with white head. Medium sour fruity with prominent notes of grape, funky and fruity, medium acidic, light vinegar note, tart fruity finish.

Tap. Hazy golden color with tiny white ring. Aroma is peach, barrel sugars. Taste is barrel sugars, apricots, tannic. Low carbonation. Works.

Keg at Six Deg N Abz. It pours lightly hazy golden with a medium white head. The aroma is funky, vanilla, oak, vinous, tart fruits, berry, grape, bakewell tart, sherbet and funk. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, vinous, loads of tart grape, gooseberry, berry skin, oak, vanilla, bright acidity, sherbet, granny smith apple and florals with a firmly dry finish. Medium body and fine, yet lively carbonation. Good depth of flavour. Well balanced and quaffable. Really enjoyed it.
