Bottle shared by hershiser2 at our 4/28/22 bottle share. This is our best guess as to what this is. From a Lidl, purchased 2022, Charlottesville, VA USA. Clear gold, no head. Aroma of cinnamon, clove, sweet apple. Taste matches. The spices dominate. Slick. Decent cider.

Giant bottle from Lidl as apfel-gluhwein original mulled cider. Bottle opened and shared with drake, my house. It will be resealed. Pours hazy gold. Nose is sweet apple, cinnamon; smells lightly artificial. Flavor is apple, cinnamon, Clove. Sweet, not too sweet. Much better than I thought it would be.

1000ml bottle. Pale yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of cinnamon, cloves, apple. Taste is spiced apple, cinnamon, clove, and drying with citric lemon. Light bodied, low carbonation, dry spiced & citrusy finish. Quite OK warm for bonfire night.

1000ml Flasche. Klare golden Farbe. Der Gerruch ist sehr süß, süße Äpfel, viel Zimt und winterliche Gewürze. Der Geschmack ist extrem süß, viel Zimt, Gewürze, süße Äpfel, naja!

[9/23/16] Bottle sample at hotel room tasting in Woerden. Thanks everyone for sharing! Golden. Aroma of apples and lots of winter spices. Sweet flavor with apples, caramel, spices.

Bottle, danke Roman & Stefan. Ruddy brown colour, leaves a film on the glas. Somewhat oxidized sherrylike, apple, cinnamon, clove. Medium light body. Lebkuchen applebrandy aftertaste.

1L bottle sample @ Borefts 2016. Shared with RB Belgian crew. Léger doré, claire, pas de col. Arôme est assez plaisant avec une impression de pomme verte mais au nez festif d’épices, et sucre résiduel, le tout finemetn fermenté avec cette approche Gluhweine. Palais garde une petite douceur qui augure presque un cidre glacé. Pomme douce avec une fine touche acerbe mais offrant pas mal de sucre résiduel.

Thank you SinH4. 1000 ml. bottle sampled @ Borefts 2016. Day 2. Clear amber dark golden, little white head. Smells like Apfelstrudel, cinnamon & very sweet apple. Taste is sweet candy apple, Apfelstrudel, huge cinnamon, pleasant, basic apple, low carbonation. I like sweet apples, cinnamon & Apfelstrudel. Very simple & basic tasting but enjoyable for sure.
