Hazy bright-golden colour with particles running through, a white foamy head with thick soapy lacing. Big lemon juice nose with hints of pepper. A nice blend of lemon juices and zest in the taste with a light warming peppery finish. Mild sourness, mild tartiness. Wish there was a little more Sichuan pepper to balance the strong lemon notes. Still, a decent Saison with a touch of spices.

En fût, à la brasserie, le 19 juillet 2020. Aromes de citron, olfactif assez fermier. Levure saison bien perçue en bouche avec des notes de citron et de poivre doux. Ces saveurs étant bien équilibrées. J'aurais aimé capter un peu plus de levure mais on note que le citron rehausse son coté rafraichissant. Corps assez léger avec une bonne effervescence.. De couleur jaune avec une belle mousse bien tenue. Une bonne bière d'été bien fraiche qui étanche la soif.

A lightly hazed blonde Saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, classic saison with light coriander and pepper. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light coriander, faint black pepper, nice.

Keg at Noctem, Québec City. Clear golden, small head. Citrusy nose with evident sichuan peppers. Mid dry with light-medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Juicy lemon, hints of marzipan, aromatic sichuan peppers. Very light pepper heat.
