Flasche in einem Wagamama in London. Farbe Orange, klar. Wenig Schaum. Aroma Mango, Zitrone, Orange. Geschmack: Ingwer, Orange, Limo, würzig und scharf (Pfeffer). Ungewöhnlich.

Bottle from Wagamama in Heathrow (with Kansho, which is seemingly the same beer base). Mostly clear copper pour with not much head. Aroma is English malt-forward - damp. Taste is heavy biscuit malt followed by bitter and quite spicy shichimi kick. Interesting - herbal and earthy. Not very good but better than the Kansho.

Tried at Wagamama, Ellesmere port. Amber colour with a white head. Spicy and citrus aroma and taste medium body.

At LIBF 2017. Thnx for sharing, everyone ! Pours clear blonde , no head. Smell is weak. Some spice. Taste is bit dry. Spice, dry, some surprising peppery in the back. Grainy , some heat. Making the beer a bit interesting.

330 ml. bottle sampled @ LIBF 2017. Thank you for sharing RB-InBev Belgian crew! Clear pale orange, little whtie head. Nose is metallic, dull oily, sweet, insecticide. Taste is bland oily, stale vegetable, dull, insecticide,... Didn’t really get spice & I have never had shichimi. Another bland weak Meantime beer, dull vegetable oil body.

F: thin, white, quick gone. C: deep gold, clear. A: malty, caramel, light spicy, citrus, herbal. T: malty, spicy, chilly, strong peppery, caramel, herbal, medium to full body, medium carbonation, with some Japanese food this must be really good :) good balanced, I like it, 33cl bottle from LIBF 2017 in Leuven.

Bottle sample @ LIBF’17, thanks to the RB-InBev Belgian crew for the share. Léger orange, col fin blanc. Arôme offre une palette d’effluves anglaises surtout au niveau amertume, UK hops? sorte d’ekg avec rétro d’une bitter anglaise. Petites effluves indiquant un usage de piments, possible? Palais est plaisant, léger dans une lignée assez anglaise au niveau malts et houblons, retrouve un bon usage avec parcimonie des houblons mais aussi des piments qui donnent juste cette petite pointe d’épicé et de réchauffant. Amertume perdure sur la fin tout en étant en balance avec le caractère léger et pâle de la bière.
