Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours dark brown/plum, almost black, with no foam. Aroma is of coffee and licorice. Body is thin, with no carbonation. Very smooth. Taste is moderate roasty. Final is clean and dry. Overall, very easy-drinking.

Draft. Nitro. Black beer with a nitro tan head. Chocolate aroma. Chocolate and light caramel flavor with light roast. Medium bodied. Light chocolate and light caramel linger with light roast.

Draft and the White Horse, Lincoln. As Galway Nitro Stout at 4.5%. Off black colour with a tan head. Aroma and taste are malty sweet coffee and chocolate. Smooth body.

Nitro at the Polka Hop, Wakefield. Mid- to dark brown, quite translucent with a small tight beige head. Metallic aroma, roast malt, little bit kf chocolate, little bit of Marmite. Sweet-ish taste with some yeasty umami leading to a more bitter finish. Light body, lightly carbonated. A reasonable dry stout.

Bottled@Björntasting 2018. Deep brown colour, small white head. Aroma is lactic, mild toasted and some slight wooden motes. Flavour is floral, wooden, some lactic and mild toasted notes with a wee bit of ashes too.

500ml bottle; BB 28th Jun 19. Shared between three on 16th Dec 18. Milky, malty Stout with a coffee and chocolate flavour. Some vanilla towards the finish; nice.
