Can into a snifter showing well filtered straw yellow with a finger of clean white foam. The nose shows a lot of corn malts. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Mildly tart with flavors of lime and a subtle backbone of corn malt. Barely any bitterness on the finish. The malt backbone is much more understated in contrast with the nose.
