Bottle, made for 'weekend voor het goede doel 5 & 6 augustus 2016'. Color: Slightly hazy golden to amber, large frothy white head. Nice lacing. Aroma: Saison yeast, spicy and fruity notes, hop. Taste: Herbal, spicy, fruity, hop. Moderate bitterness going to medium towards the finish, moderate sweet. Yeasty. Bitter orange peel, some other citrusfruit hints. Pretty strong yet balanced herbal and spicy notes of cloves, coriander, ginger, some pepper. Typical Fantôme beer. Very nice.

Bottle 750ml. [ As Fantôme Santé-20! ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a large - huge, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, herbs, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, light bubble gum. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, fruity yeast, herbs, yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180414] 7-3-7-3-15

Thx! 750 ml. bottle sampled @ a Samson & Gert Tasting. Hazy golden, head fizzes away. Nose is massive white pepper and coriander seeds, some other stuff as well probably, weird pleasant very green esters. Quit fizzy, rather bitter with white pepper & coriander seeds, orange peel, strongly floral, green bitter Fantôme finish, low green pepper in a good way, lemongrass, lemon peel,... Fizzy, rather bittter. Pretty okay current Fantôme styled beer. Does a get bit too perfume, floral after a bit.

75 cl bottle. Pours clear yellow with a small white head. Aroma is akunky, grassy and slight citrusy. Herbal, camommiæe, grassy, citrusy. Light herbal from back of the nose. Lasting skunky, citrusy and herbal. Interesting.

Bottle split at the Hackobock tasting, thanks to Matteo, 24/11/16. Hazed golden orange with an off white covering. Nose is sharp citric peel, straw, peach, ripe fruit esters, light yeast flicker. Taste comprises light spice, yeast esters, bitter orange, hay bale, light herbal elements, bready notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Adequate.

Grand tasting at Craft Islington with Hackobock. Thanks to Matteo. Very hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and dry, decent carbonation. Airy malts. Soft floralness. Black pepper. Light bubblegum esters. Floral peppery fruits. Light dry finish sees the floral streak getting perfumey, Usual Fantome off centre entertainment.
