Sampled at the RBBWG2017 . Thnx for sharing, everyone ! Pours rather unclear brown, small white head fades fasrt. Taste is yeasty, bit bitter. Very high carbo. Harsh, ’plastic’ dryness. A regular Belgian brown. Overly yeasty. Don’t really get the taste i’d be supposed to have here.

Very good off-white head over hazy red-brown beer. Caramel, nutty, oxydation, molasses. Sweet(ish), roasted, human sweat, chemical sweetness, clove, cinnamon and some other spice. Very slick, well bodied, spritzy carbonation. Aftertaste shows shrimp - DMS? Pfff.

500 ml. bottle sampled @ RBBWG VI (2017). BBF 07/17. Dark amber, creamy tanned head. Nose is weird sticky glühwein, metallic, caramel, syrupy, sweet plastic. Taste is cloying fizzy plastic, herbal thick, sweet berries; sticky spices but not the usual glühwein ones, rotting berries, thick, cloying, hard to drink, overly plastic, I suppose partially successful in creating a glühwein (for which I do not care) impression. It is hard to drink though, fizzy, sticky, chore to drink.
