Wild blueberry juice is infused into this intense lager beer. This Bock has a wonderful balance of sweet malt and tart fruit. Aged for drinkability.

Bottle courtesy of linusb. Murky bluish deep brown pour with a very small beige head. Huge caramel, toffee & blueberry jam nose. Chocolate, leather & raisins. Sweet jammy fruity taste. Round, viscous, full bodied mouth. Really cool beer and I’m #blessed to get to try it. Perhaps a bit over the top age-wise but still delicious. --- Beer merged from original tick of Eisbock: Blueberry on 22 Dec 2016 at 08:21 - Score: 8. THANKS to Kermis for this one. 2012 Vintage. 375 ml. split between kermis, deanso, kraddel & me. Pours a super dark blueberry purple with basically no head. Nose is a mix between strong oxidation & thick blueberry syrup, lightly herbal. Taste is heavy oxidation with massive thick lightly boozy touch herbal blueberry syrup, pureed blueberry, thick herbal syrup. Clear oxidation body-wise & little in the way of oxidation syrup. This is how I imagine a 10 year old high ABV high gravity sweetened commercial blueberry lambiek would taste like. Anyway this is nice but the oxidation is a real shame, it is good but it is also clearly past it. Happy to have tried this one. P.S.: I am interested in selling my idea of high gravity super-alcoholic sweetened lambiek to AB InBev, contact me.

Blueberry, barrel, sweet malt and some caramel. Great stuff. Comes together very well. Finishes sweet with a light tang and some light bitterness. Thick on palate and lightly syrupy. Tap takeover at Churchkey.
