Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a murky apricot juice colored body that supports a thin bright white head of foam. The aroma offers up apple, peach skin and lemon candy. The taste delivers fairly bright notes of tartness that exposes apricot and peach like fruitiness. Really nice. It ends with lingering modest tartness and a pleasing cracker malt sensation.

The plum lends a soft pink, and it's quite opaque. No head forms. On the nose, I'd say all three fruits are noticeable, which I definitely appreciate from a technical point of view. I'm curious what the apple is going to do here. Tart, plum comes up first on the palate. The apple and plum both show in the finish, along with a subtle yeastiness and a clean kettle sour note. Pretty decent beer.
