Tap at CBF Vienna. According to one of the guys from the brewery it was rum BA tho, so who knows. Anyways, it pours dark ruby. Nose is tart notes, lactic and berries with a touch of chocolate and wood. Taste is slightly sweet, showing notes of liquor (might as well be rum), some chocolate, and tart blueberry and lactic sourness. Interesting combination, and it’s very well executed.

Draught at CBF Wien. Dark ruby, purple body, with a medium, creamy, pink head. Aroma with loads of wild blueberries, moderate rum, some smooth roast. Tastes quite similar, with a bit less blueberry, more lactic notes. Medium, creamy mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes smooth, a bit light, a bit roasty, lactic, with moderate blueberry. Very nice. The nose is my highlight, with beautiful, dense blueberry notes. Tastes less dense, with some more lactic sourness. Smooth, while not outstanding. Score : 8 / 4 / 7 / 3 / 15

Tap at Zil verne. Quite tasty. Lots of fruitiness, easy drinking. Relatively lighf sourness, rather heavy fruity woody character. Even light chocolate. Tasty, very good.

Tap at Kaiser Franz. Almost no off white-pinkish-brownish head. Almost black body, very dark red. Bit slick aroma, barrel, berry, lacto, dark malts, bit oily, vague propolis. Oh wow, chocolate malty notes mixing surprisingly well with the berry notes, enhanced slightly by the lacto. Not much barrel, remarkably enough, the silky smoothness helping the drinkability. Fantastic stuff! A sour I could drink every day!
