In 2014, Russia annexed Crimea and occupied part of Ukraine. This violated the world order established after World War II and set off the expansion of Russian terrorism in peaceful Europe. Obama is still hesitating to provide real help to the Ukrainians in fighting it. He has all the chances to go down in history as one who got it all wrong.

330ml bottle from Silpo in Kyiv. Pours dark brown with a medium-szied beige head. Aroma is coffee, roasted malt, hops. Taste is roasted malt, coffee, caramel, hoppy bitterness. Dry finish.

0,33 flaske delt med Per og Petro en særdeles hyggelig kveld hos Petro. 5 øl fra Pravda Beer Theatre sto på programmet, og denne var den siste i rekken: Brunsvart med tett skum som følger oss helt til døra. En elegant og tørr stout med kaffe, mørke sjokolader (type Moccabønner og 70%) og mørke bær. Lakris dukker opp i utkanten etter at temperaturen har steget litt. Lett, kledelig syrlighet. Ikke fullt så god og superbalansert som Lvivski Vesna, but with plenty of charm and elegance like Obama himself.

Bottle from Terre de Boissons Calais and drunk on a picnic blanket. Black beer lasting tan head. Chocolate coffee aroma which is attractive. Malty bready flavour. Some bitterness on the finish. Light blackcurrant flavour. I liked it.

Das Etikett ist wie bei den meisten Pravda-Bieren sehr politisch und auch hübsch gestaltet. Auch geschmacklich ist es voll in Ordnung.

Fairly solid roast and some caramel. Black pour with great head and lacing. Some dark chocolate and light booze. Nice stuff. Bottle from Pravda drank walking around Lviv.

Botella 33 cl en el Kraken 20..03..2018. (r62). Lote 905. Embasado 01..02..2018. Color negro intenso con espuma beige oscuro persistente. Sabores maltosos tostados con ligeros especiados, vainillas, cacao, acabando con suave amargo seco algo resinoso. Cuerpo ligero a medio fácil de beber algo espumoso seco y áspero. Normal a buena.

Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As Pravda Obama Hope ].ABV: 6.2%. Clear dark brown colour with a average to large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dark malt, sweet malt, coffee, sweet coffee, milky coffee. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, chocolate, coffee, creame - milk, sweet malt, dark malt, oat. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
