Barwa złota, zmętnione, piana biała, umiarkowanie obfita, podobnież trwała. W aromacie goździk, nieco banana. W smaku wytrawne, wyraźny goździk, dużo mniej banana, mała kwaskowość, mała gładkość. Wysycenie nieco za niskie, nieco brak ciała. Za mało charakteru ma, za mało rześkie jest. Niedopracowany nieco weizen.

500ml bottle. Pours hazy gold with a large white head. Aroma is pears, yeast, ripe bananas. Taste is sweet, perfumy fruitiness, wheat, cloves. Not bad.

(Kiev 2016) 500 ml. bottle sampled. Bottled 04.03.16. Purchased at Varus Supermarket. Hazy paler golden, creamy white bubbles, fizzy bubbles. Nose is weird very sweet artificial banana, esters, weird, thin artificial banana & plastic. Taste is fizzy watery banana, artificial sweetness, iron-rich water. Quite thin & watery, bland, low sweetness, no terrible flavors. Poor & very weak industrial example but not that bad overall.

Bottle 0,5l from local market in Rachiv, Ukraine. Hazy, yellow colored. AROMA- a bit sweet, lots of banana, lots of cloves, yeast. FLAVOR- smooth, lightly sweet, lightly sour, no bitter, yeast, cloves. Medium bodied.

BOTTLE 50 CL. Bright intense fruity fragrance in the aroma, not sweet but rather more tart kind of fruit (pineapple, unripe peach etc.), wheat tartness, some white bread or dough. Not very spicy. The taste, on the other hand, is quite different. It starts rather alcoholic - not like proper ethanol, but rather with a kind of alcoholic dryness that the belgian goldens have. It really lacks some maltiness. Everything is like a weissbier, but dull and dry. On this background, the not so powerful bitterness in the finish, really stands out. Still, a decent weissbier, its age of 6 month old might be showing.

Bottle. Cloudy yellow golden with a big white head. Classic Weizen aroma with wheat, yeast, banana and clove. Sweetish fruity flavor with lots of banana, mild spiciness, bubblegum, wheat and a bit of bread. Medium-bodied. A good refreshing Weissbier. A nice surprise.

Bottle, small stable creamy head, highly hazy orange colour, flavour of banana and bubblegum, flavor of toothpaste and bubblegum, light to mesiym bitternesss, very strong carbonation. Pleasant nicely made weizen.

erstmals getrunken 2013 mit folgender Bewertung:
"Вiле, also Weiß, bedeutet natürlich auch in der Ukraine, dass man ein Weißbier bekommt. Allerdings war dies zu dem Zeitpunkt der Beprobung nicht voll bekannt und es schmeckte eigentlich auch eher wie ein süffiges Zwickelbier. Eher weniger fruchtige Aromen, dafür nette getreidige Ansätze. Kein klassisches Bier, aber sehr gemütlich zu trinken."

Es gibt auch industrielles Weißbier in der Ukraine. Natürlich von der Zibert-Brauerei, die sich ja betont Deutsch gibt. Das Bier ist nicht schlecht und lässt sich mit den günstigen Weißbieren aus unseren Breiten vergleichen. Fruchtige Aromen sind genauso zu finden wie eine angenehme Blume. Sollte man wirklich am Strand von Odessa ein echt ukrainisches Weizenbier wollen, so kann man gerne zugreifen.
