Thank you for sharing kraddel + tderock + Rubin77! 750 ml. bottle sampled @ Bruges Beer Festival 2017. Hazy bright orange, little white head. Nose is awful cleaning products, green vegetable (extremely so), chemical. Taste is on top of everything else vinegar upfront, lemon acidity leading into cleaning products, green vegetables, aspirin, vinegar, chemical? Body is vinegar, aspirin, malt. Everything about this beer seems like a bad idea. Not a fan of spelt in general & 80 % is clearly far, far too much. Awful brew. I wouldn’t be surprised if something went wrong here.

Clear blond beer, small creamy white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: pretty dirty, wet grains, cardboard, sweet, rotten fruits, medlar, cow fodder. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: little sourish, banana, grains, yeasty, green banana, little metallic, fruity. Aftertaste: quince, grains, sweet, quite some off flavours.
