Hazy Copper pour, small off white head. Very smoky, ashy aroma, with some solid malted wheat. Body is full, with a soft carb. I can’t for the life of me find any pear in here, the smoke juts dominates the beer. There is a subtle fruitiness you wouldnt in a normal smoked, so I guess I can attribute that to the pear, but like I said, I can’t pick out pears specifically. Low bitterness, more smoky, and ash, with a slight smoky bacon finish.

A dark golden ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, light salt, faint peated notes. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with light mineral notes, light smoked notes, a bit thin. BB 24-08-17

Aged sample. Bottle clearly states Eittinger Fischerbräu as origin. Deep golden clear beer, head fast gone, almost still in seconds. Smoke, fruity (pear possible, not de facto), bit mineral. Fruity-sweet, pear indeed, with the smokey background throughout. As canned fruit on the BBQ. Warming up, a flavour as from sweet, yellow apple. Little carbonation, still, not very long-lasting flavours. A bottle forgotten in the cellar, all the same thanks, Sebastian!

Sample at Bob's Bar. Hazy golden color with a medium white head that burns away quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Stone fruit, smoke and wheat in the nose. Medium body with flavors of pear, smoked malt, wheat and yeast. The finish is smokey and fruity with a pear aftertaste. Decent overall.

500 mml bottle. Tasted on the 12/09/2017 at home. Cloudy golden pale colour with a minimal off-white head. Aroma of smoked cheese, pear, tart and lemon. Taste is medium tarty and fruity with a slightly acidic finish. Next one please!

0.5l bottle. Malty and smoked aroma, light pear notes. Almost clear golden color, soapy white head. Malty taste, light smoked notes, pear notes, light sour, light bitter. Medium body, slick texture, soft to average carbonation and malty, light sour finish with smoked notes. Ok.
