31/X/18 - 33cl bottle from a trade, shared @ Bosrijk Efteling, BB: 30/X/17 - (2018-1623) Thanks to Jerre for the trade!
Clear orange beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: sweetish, lots of honey, orange peel, bit dusty. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty bitter, orange peel, malty, little sourish, oxidized. Aftertaste: lots of caramel, some vanilla, bit sweet, little fruity, malty, decent one!

Een blond winterbier kom je niet vaak tegen. Helemaal niet zoet. Heerlijk bitter en bloemig. Volle ronde hopsmaak.

At Winter Beer Fest 2017, Waregem. Shared with Anke!
Labeled '17-18'. Clear golden with a small, foamy, white head. Aroma of yeast, spices, hops, touch of banana & ripe fruits. It tastes medium spicy bitter and light fruity sweet. Bit of a metallic, dry & alcoholic finish. Medium body, slick texture, lively carbonation. Unusual for a winter beer, of course, but anyway overly spiced to my taste.

At Kerstbierfestival 2016 , thnx for sharing everyone ! Pours unclear blonde, small white head. Smell is sharp, citrussy. Bit dusty malts. Taste is sharp, bit bitter, yeasty , raw and unfresh malts. has a fresh aspect on the side ( the hops ° but the malts are very stale. Perhaps this was a less-quality batch ?

[Thank you for sharing!][330 ml. bottle sampled @ O.B.E.R. Kerstbierfestival 2016] Hazy orange, solid small white head. Nose is cooked vegetable apples, raw dough, cooked cabbage, poor booze, low grain, very sweet. Taste is hugely sweet, soapy, raw dough, cinnamon roll, sugar, soap, watery, overly big on vegetables. Body is watery, soap with some cinnamon. My first encounter with this new brewery & it isn’t a good one, cooked vegetables, watery with an ill-fitting cinnamon-like note. Nope.
