Unfortunately we have realised that the wrong hops have been printed on our latest DIPA label, 'Open Secret'. By the time any of us noticed the labels had already been printed and applied to cans.

Whilst listing hops is not a legal requirement we like to let people know which hops we have used and those that know their hops well may realise that Simcoe, Mosaic & Cascade are US hops...

Enjoy!

The actual hops that went into making what we believe is one of our most juicy, tropical & drinkable Double IPA's to date, are actually

Wai-iti & Kohatu - both of which are New Zealand varieties.

Täitsa mõnus humalapomm. Puuviljane, granadil, mango ja kõik need toredad eksootilised viljad, alks on ka hästi kaetud. 100% iselibisev

440ml can from Honest Brew. Pours hazy orange with a medium-sized off-white head. Aroma is sweets, stone fruits, vinous. Taste is medium sweet, fruity, a little alcoholic when it starts to warm. Medium bitter finish.

Can. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth and softish palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft and creamy sweet pale malts. Nice smooth hops. Smooth pine with mildly spicy lime accentuated citrus. Soft candy fruits underneath. Hop spice returns and brings a little ripe tangerine. Nice dipa. Would be nice to know what particular NZ hops went in here but it is undeniably NZ hops. Don't go Cloudwater on me now Mobberly!

Can picked up from Beer Gonzo, Earlsdon, Coventry, 'Webshop' consumed at home Attenkirchen, Friday, after a 31 mile cycle ride to Allershausen and back, listening to a new album Stephen Hero - Deciduous Eccentric. Pours hazy gold with a white head, there appears to be a very fine sediment. Pear drops on the nose, but I pick up little else. Fruity, a little harshness, soft carbonation, a little bit of passion fruit. It's ok.

Can from Honest Brew. Hazy golden/bronze body with a few bits floating beneath a lasting off-white head. Good lacing. Aroma of glue and white wine. Flavour of nail varnish and vinegar. Medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. I like this brewery but this beer is a mess. I was really looking forward to it but I couldn’t finish it.
