Sampled from 0.33 l bottle at RBBSG 2016 in Evergem. Hazy, pale straw yellow with a white head. Fruity-grassy aroma of lemon, pineapple and grapefruit. Slightly bitter, grassy-fruity taste of lemon, pineapple and grapefruit, followed by a short, moderately fruity-grassy finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

Sampled @ Ratebeer Belgian Summer Gathering 2016. Murky yeasty yellow-ish color, small white head. Smell and taste malts, hops, typical el dorado hoppiness, lightly floral, lightly bitter. Decent body and carbonation. Nice.

GUSHER ALERT! Bottle from Geers.Beer gushed more than half a meter out of the bottle. Just 1 cm left in the bottle. Lots of hop particles in the beer, maybe that’s the reason? (cf. Maeght van Gottem with hop bell). Taste is tropical fruits, bitter hoppy finish. Easy drinkable and refreshing. A pity there was only 3 cl to drink.

23/04/2016 sample glass shared with the BE RB crew @ZBF2016. Hazy light yellow with small head. Lots of fruits in the nose. Taste also has a lot of fruits some bitterness, little sweetness, refreshing. Again a great brew from Totem.

Sampled at Zythos 2016. Thnx for sharing, everyone ! Pours unclear blonde, small white head. Smell is oranges, Taste is sharp, bit bitter. Nice and full. Bitter.

Sampled @ ZBF 2016. (Thank you for sharing RB people!) Very hazy citrus, little white. Nose is oily dank kiwi & citrus hops, low yeast, crazily fruity, impressive. Taste carries some mellow powdery yeast, touch too sweetish & sugary with tad candy to accomplish full greatness, still lot juicy kiwi & citrus hops. Much love still here. Get ready for the Totem hype train, it is coming deservingly so.

Sample draft @ Zythos, thanks Klaas. Dorée présentant un léger trouble, col fin blanc. Arôme offre un nez impressionnant niveau houblonné, note pas mal de pamplemousse, et un herbacé modéré en retrait. Le tout est accompagné d’une base solide malt. Palais finement amer, agrumes sur impression de pamplemousse assez persistant et apportant une touche de sécheresse en fin de bouche. Je note un léger épicé qui contraste bien avec le malté pâle qui complète cet APA restant accentué sur le houblon. Dank!
