Thank you for sharing! Sampled 750 ml. bottle @ Gents Bierfestival 2016. Dark red copper, little off-white head. Nose is huge red wine, thinned out with some brett, huge red wine oak, low lemon, zest, lime, light glue quality. Taste is huge lactic acid, massive red wine thinned out with brett, decent of amount of glue (small minor point), low vinegar, acid, balcamic, more red wine, massive red wine oak,… Thinned rew wine & some glue body. Touch harsh but very lovely overall, liked quite a lot.

Sampled on draft at 3R6P this beer poured a caramel-bronze color with a small foamy white head that faded quickly and left a bit of lacing. The aroma was sour, vinegar and red wine. The flavor was sour yet sweetish with a strong red wine presence then Pez, bread dough and soy sauce. Long finish. Moderately full bodied. Ok.

42nd Floor Tasting. Hazy orange - amber beer, thin cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and has a fine crispness. Light malt, trace of sweetness. Touch of guezey wet wood, acetic acid, ripe orange. Just a modicum of red wine. Burns a little on the swallow but it’s never full on acid. Smooth finish. Taste is okay but could do with the burning swallow,.

Bottle shared on the 42nd floor - big thanks to Kenny. Pours hazy orange with a creamy, white head. The nose has some sweat, acetic acid, dry wood, ripe citrus. Medium sweet flavor with sturdy acetic burn, tangerine, pale woody dryness, light piney bitterness. Full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Acetic finish, with ripening citrus, a little musty funk, rindy citrus, light bitter line, lemon, tangerine, more drying wood. Interesting stuff, if not terribly drinkable.

Bottle thanks to Fergus. It pours hazy deep orange with a medium white head. The aroma is earthy, funky, musty, stewed apricot, dirty peach, apple skin, brett, vanilla and wood. The taste is crisp, tart, vinous, boosty heat, raw bitterness, wood, gooseberry, grapefruit, orange, bright bracing acidity, light vanilla and apple with a warming finish. Medium+ body and moderate, foamy carbonation. A bit hot and acetic, but overall good fun.

Bottle sampled at a tasting. Hazy orange pour with a tan head. Smells like brett, vinegar and caramel. Tastes bitter and sour, with notes of vinegar, bitter brett, wine, vanilla and oak. Bitter aftertaste, dry.

On tap at Cellar 3. It pours a golden color with an off white head. The has some brett funk, lots of red wine and orange. Very strong on the nose. The flavor has a bit of rubbing alcohol, wood, acetic acid, orange and grapefruit. Full bodied. The combo of vinegar and rubbing alcohol is not so good.
