375ml bottle pours a murky gold with some big, white head. Nose has sour citrus, raw stone fruits, neutral barrel. Flavor has white grape, light acid, lemon. Medium bodied and tart on the finish.

Bottle. Pours yellow. Oak, peach, nectarine, vanilla, funk, grapefruit, sour, lime, passionfruit. Medium body. Gorgeous.

6.2% ABV. Blend 20, I guess. Aroma has notes of Brett, oak, guava, apricot, olive brine, flowers. Pours clear golden with a one finger bone white head that falls into a skiff of foam pretty quickly. Taste is moderately sour (6.5/10) and funky. Nice.

Tap at the brewery. Slightly hazy gold with lace. Nose is peaches, honey, grapefruit, wood, yogurt. Tart flavor of peaches, honey and lemon. Very good.

750ml bottle pours out crisp golden topped with a small white head. Nose is nice funky oak tart some fruit notes. Taste is more of the oak barrel presents funky barrel vanilla and a nice light fruit.

Tap. Pours clear golden, small white head, decent lacing. Aroma is oaky, vinous, dusty funk, white grape. Flavor is light plus tart, light plus funk, oak and grape. Light plus body. Good chit.

Draft @ the brewery. Pours a golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity sour tart woody aroma. Fruity sour tart acidic woody citrus flavor. Has a fruity sour tart acidic woody citrus finish.

[1/27/17] Draught at The Rare Barrel in Berkeley. Clear golden. Aroma of oak, funk, lacto, fruitiness. Sour flavor, kinda acidic, with some funk and oak. Medium-bodied.

Tap at the brewery. Pours clear golden. Aroma is oak barrel, cider, some grapes. Body is light, very sour and rather tart, some low fruit in the back. Dry cider prevails the palate, but the palate stays surprisingly long even while being dry. Quite good.

From tap at the brewery. Clear golden color with white head. Malty and yeasty aroma, light funky, grassy, tart citrusy, lemon, spicy, wood, vinous. Light sweet and moderate acidic sour taste. Light to medium oily body with soft carbonation.
