Tap at True Brew. Hazy coppery-amber body, off-white head. Resinous and fruity aroma, caramelly. Dry, caramelly taste, prunes and something creamy, citric, lean enough but unimpressive. Okay!

Tap at True Brew. Clear light chestnut. Citrus, lemon rind, stone fruit, moreish pines. Soft, balanced, fluffy, nicely bitter, lemon, wood, pines. A tad of cold butter, sliiightly sticky oily creamy aftertaste. Lovely.

Can. Aroma is lots of pine, malt. Medium body. Flavour is malty, bitter, quite a bit of pine, lightly astringent. Not bad.

On tap at the brewery. Cloudy dark orange with medium white head. Sweet caramel, ripe fruit, zesty, pine, solid bitter finish. Low carbonation. Medium bodied.

Büchse: (...genau aus großartigem Garching!): Deep golden to orangey, cloudy, medium-sized creamy and lacy white head, moderate bitter-sweet (exotic-) fruity to tannic-piney nose; distinctive bitter-sweet flavour, nearly full bodied, silky MF; lingering soft and spicy piney-tannic finish. Good, just not like sucking pines...

Can, thanks Radu! Quite clear in the initial pour, Golden amber with a nice lacy head. Caramel and piney West coast nose. Wow quite sweet, a lot of caramel malt, but that balances the piney earthy hops. A touch of astringency/lasting bitterness. Tastes a bit like a forest smells. I like it but I couldn't drink more than one in a sitting.

330mml. can as part of the European Local Swap 2/2020, many thanks @rauchbierlover. @home, 02/07/2020. [#3.436 Global - #318 Germany - #1 True Brew Brewing Company (My German Brewery #140)] Light amber colour with a medium white head. Good retention. Aroma is piney hops, caramel malts and tangerine. Taste is quite bitter, orange zest and fresh piney hops. Punchy long bitter finish. Next one please!

330ml can. Cloudy, orangey, amber colour with small to average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, rather off-white than white head. Zesty, citrusy, hoppy aroma, notes of orange, tangerine, orange peel, marmalade, a slightly perfumed touch of lemon. Taste is bitter, zesty, citrusy fruity and resinous hoppy, notes of orange, tangerine, mandarine, marmalade, some lemon, caramel malty backbone. Oily to viscous texture, super-soft, smooth, minimally cloying palate, fine and soft carbonation. Quite bitter, zesty, the first sip is really punchy, well balanced overall. Good.
