8-3-7-4-14 Bottle, as Mikkeller Nelson Sauvin Brut Belgian Ale Aged In White Wine Barrels, 9 % alc/vol. Pours slightly unclear rusty golden, with a small rocky head. Aroma is tart fruity notes of apple cider vinegar, berries, dark fruits and honey, as well as yeasty farmhouse notes and wooden barrels. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart notes of apple cider vinegar, raisins, dark fruits and floral honey, as well as yeasty farmhouse minerals and wooden barrels. Dry finish.

DØE Ølfestival 2023. Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Fruity aroma with toffee and bread crust. Sweet fruity flavour with plenty of alcohol.

(Bottle) Hazy dark amber colour with brief head. Fruity, slightly sourish nose with notes of toast, apricot marmalade, mango, blood orange, honey, oak wood and herbs. Fruity, slightly tart taste with toast, apricot marmalade, mango, blood orange, honey, yeast, oak wood, herbs and a balanced citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Lots of wood, yeast and fruity flavours. Going in the dry sherry direction. Very nice.

Draught at Skaal Sønderborg. Vanilla aroma with a nice acetic touch. Almost clear deep copper colour. Small white head. The flavour has a lot of acid and vanilla. Good acetic and vinous notes from the wine barrel. The finish has some acetone or paint thinner that I do not particularly enjoy but can line with.

Draught @ SKAAL Sønderborg. Pours nearly clear dark amber with airy beige head. Clear aroma of wine barrel, with touches of hops and notes of Belgian yeast. Bitter flavour of hops and citurs, with dry notes of wine barrel and dust, and touches of malt and yeast. Acidic, dusty, and barrellike aftertaste with estery touches. Decent.

Tap.Clear copper colour with medium head.Aroma is dry and dusty with wine flavour nice with hint of greaps and dry hops good by style.
