(Bottle) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, spicy nose with citrus, lemon peel, apricots, bread, herbs, flowers and spices (clove). Fruity, floral taste with notes of bread, hay, orange peel, apricots, clove, ginger, herbs, elderflower, honey and a balanced citric, floral bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Really fresh and tasty saison, where the Brewers Gold character comes through well. Very nice.

Tap @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Pours light hazy yellow with a medium white head. Aromas of citrus, grassy, grapefruit, esters. Taste is estery, bitter hops, grassy, citrussy, orange peel.

Bouteille (recolte 2016): Pale golden, hazy, big, firm and stable white head, mild but distinctive bitter-sourish orangey-yeasty nose, herbal-fruity hops in the background; moderate sourish-bitter flavour, not without a mild sweetness, medium bodied, really soft; sweetish-fruity finish, lingering herbal hoppy tail. Despite its strength, a pretty refreshing sip...

hazy golden with big yeast flakes floating around. marvelous head. nose: perfect yeast spiciness, banana, hay, pear, hop grassiness. nice. medium body. dry goodness in the mouth. very classic. very good.

bottle. aroma is bitter saison yeasty, herbal, flowery, delicate but nice. flavor is sweet flowery, with notes of fruits, notes of hay,yeasty spices and herbs, dry saison, slightly sweet but not the bad kind of sweet, sweetness appears almost flowery or flower nectar like. a baseline bretty or saison yeasty dryness throughout keeps it very quenching. the hops delicately add some more bitter crispness to the beer, but the saison is the driver. Really nice flavor, very belgian, great saison, the hops does not ruin anything.

Nydelig humleprofil med krydder, urter, jordaktige toner og godt modne bær i en flott maltkropp. Superbalansert. Tørr, lekker og krydret bitterhet i avslutningen. En raffinert saison. Må ha en flaske av denne!
