KRS 110317. Golden color with a white head. Aroma is white wine,sourness, acidic. Flavor . is sourness, white wine, fruit, acidic, cellar notes, vinous, grapes, yeast. Nice beer.

Bottle, 375ml. A lightly hazy golden colored beer with a small, dense, white head. The aroma is quite acidic and fruity, with some cellar hints, leather and a vinous touch. Even some sulphur. Some gooseberry. It’s medium bodied, nicely carbonated and dry, quite tart. Fruityness, some leathery funk, white wine notes and gooseberry. Tart gooseberry and light funk finish. Tasteful, easy drinkable and sort of refreshing, but I’d like it more complex. 170311

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma is tart with a notes of malt, gooseberry and sulfur. Taste is light to medium sweet and light to medium sour with a long tart, dry, gooseberry finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Tap @Mikkeller, Bangkok. Clear light amber, lacing white head. Funky aroma, vinous, smoother and softer with fewer woody notes than the red wine version. Flavour is vinous, acetic, has a little sweetness. Still very dry.

Tap at Mikkeller Bangkok. Poured a hazy medium amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is acid citrus vinous. The flavour is moderate sour with a dry oaky vinous acid palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle: Poured a cloudy dirty yellow color ale with a medium size foamy head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of funky tester with some tart notes and subtle light vinous notes. Taste is a mix of tart notes with light acidic notes with some oak and some vinous notes. Body is full with limited filtration and good carbonation. Not bad but lacking some attenuation and carbonation which would help drink forward some of the flavours.

Bottle 375ml. [ As Mikkeller Acid Trip BA White Wine ].Clear and sparkling, a medium orange yellow color with a average, open and frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light moderate hoppy, moderate yeasty, leather - funky, grape, wine, light apple. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, apple, grape, wine, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is lively, but looks flat. [20160822]
