Bottle kindly shared by Rubin77 at a tasting in his flat. Hops centered, citrusy, grassy. Well attenuated, thin bodied, high carbonation. Tasty and good.

Draft glass @ Bar Dynamo. Deep hazy orange, creamy white head. Nose is big fluffy white bread, yeast, creamy, fruit hops, peach, some USA hops, very restrained & balanced. Taste is super mellow white bread mixed with mellow fruity USA hops, delicious yeast, creamy, peach, apricot, citrus grain. Rich, balanced, easy to drink, small hint of hops, beautiful clean base. Very lovely beer, nice surprise. Stellar Belgian Ale.

Bouteille 33cl.

Pours unclear yellow, with a very small white head. Smell is fresh, bitter, malty and dry yeast. Taste is dry, bitter, very full and aromatic, though not very US-style aromahops. Tastes very intensely, bitter with a clear yeastprofile. Very nice! at this ABV, it’d make a great drinkin beer for the summer

Huge white, dense head, quite stable as fed by very lively carbonated hazy yellow to orange-golden beer. Dry grainy nose, even straw, and fine hops to round it all off. Hint at horsesmell, but utterly unlike Brett aromas. Dry-hoppy flavour with a background of dry grains. Finish, however, is more than a tad empty, yielding just some lingering bitterness. Quite light & spritzy MF. Faint burning sensation. Another excellent try by J-J. Txs to Stefaan!
