Thank you Mathieu87 & PriorL! 330 ml. bottle sampled @ “Mathieu’s house cooling party”. BBF 24.09.14. Dark red amber, little head. Nose is big rotting character, overripe fruit, strongly chemical, pretty bad. Taste is chemical, watery, apple, bitter, thin cardboard, oxidation, dusty. Thin oxidized body, lightly herbal. Not good, presumably due to a mix of bad quality & age, age has done a pretty big number on this beer so its original character is nearly impossible to judge.

18/II/2012 on tap @ Au Vieux de la Vieille (Lille) - BB: n/a (2012-141)
Clear reddish amber beer, creamy white head, adhesive with nice lacing, unstable. Aroma: sweet malts, caramel, bubble gum, suary, peach candy. MF: low carbon, light to medium body. Taste: malty, grains, some toast, little sour, nice bitter hops. Aftertaste: fruity and bitter hops. Surprised about the low rating.
