Many thanks for this beer to JefVerstraete. Piwo o sredniej piance, trzymającej się krotko. Kolor w pierwszym nalaniu jasno bursztynowe, a po dolaniu drozdzy sino fioletowe. Zapach glownie pieczonych jabłek i grulowanej cukinii. W smaku nieco sliwki i mandarynki lub pomarańczy. Sporo vhmielu, Amerykanskie Amarillo chyba zastosowano bo dominuje nad srednia slodowoscia piwa. Jak na belgie lekkie niezbyt ciężkie. Dobrze uzupelnia cieply objad.

750 ml bottle. Clear amber body with a nice off-white head. Aroma is malty with spicy yeast and mild fruit. Flavor is sweet malt, some darker malt, fruit and spices in the background, low bitterness. Fine body and smooth in aftertaste. Quite delicate beer without any sharp edges.

750 ml. bottle @ home. Pours very hazy & much darker than expected, near murky apple brown amber, very solid dark tanned head. Nose is massive dark bread, dark near-rye bread with lots of sugar, thick esters, strong Belgian elements, thick esters, raisins & cooked apples, faint soap, in the very back you also oddly get some faint tropical USA hops. Taste is same very thick bread, esters, lightly soapy raisins, cooked apples, sugar, thick yeast & light glue, overripe dark fruits & light coffee in the fish, very Belgian thick with esters, lots of overripe dark fruits, honey, heavy yeast & interesting very light USA hops in the back, pine, faint mango. Solid, yeasty but in a good way body. A bit much, interesting, challenging Belgian with lots of stuff going, almost a bit too much with some odd contradictory elements but an interesting & rewarding experience in the end.

Bottle 750ml @ home
Pours hazy copper with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, yeast, caramel and some fruitiness. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with a long yeasty, fruity and caramel finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is fizzy.

Draught at Moeder SG. It pours lightly hazy amber with a medium yellow-white head. The nose is fresh brown bread, earth, stewed orange, marmalade, bubblegum and foamy banana sweets. The taste is crisp, bitter-sweet, earthy, wood, light spice, dough, touch metallic, mild sweetness and farmyard with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Rather tasty stuff. Drank mighty easy.
