Warp refers to the threads that run north-south in fabric, while Weft refers to the threads that run east-west. They are woven together to create cloth, something altogether greater than the sum of its parts.
Last year's version was a berliner weisse aged for 3 months in tequila barrels. This year's version is a mixed fermentation that utilized lactic acid bacteria and sacchromyces, in addition to several strains of brettanomyces, and was then aged for 12 months in tequila barrels.
What it smells and tastes like: Sour, citrusy, and taking on all the complex flavours of tequila without the harsh alcohol heat, this intense beer is strangely like a margarita. Subtle flavours of aloe, grapefruit, lime juice, agave, and salt vie for a background role.

Tap at MLF. Nice aroma, light citrus, leather, something a little tropical and a load of wheatiness. Taste has the sourness you'd expect, light plastic funkiness, and very fruity finish. Body is quite slippery. Not at all dry. Gooseberry maybe. Just read about the tequila barrel and now I can taste it. Pointers always help. Very smooth booziness though. Seeing how I feel about tequila, I like this surprisingly a lot.

Bottleshare on the England Football team night of shame! Thanks to Colin. Hazy gold beer, good cream colour head. Palate is airy, semi dry and has decent fine carbonation. Light sourness, mild lemon. Little vanilla. Limey tangerine, limey cactus. Light dry finish. Interesting beer.

Bottle at Bespin, from a trade with MJ, 27/06/16. Pale yellow with a well appointed off white head. Nose is peppery spice, grain, light brett, lemon drizzle, wood must, mineral notes. Taste comprises comprises tangy citrics, lemon rind, spice, white pepper. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light vinegar strokes and a subtle brett conclusion. Ok Linner but didn’t live up to the other Bellwoods beers I’ve had.

Bottle big thanks to Cloin. It pours hazy gold with a thick white head. The aroma is earthy, musty, funky, lactic, cider vinegar, cracker, wood, white wine, cheesecake and cream cheese. The taste is crisp, tart, cream cheese, tangy, bread, earth, funk, bright acidity, cracker, sherbet, soapy citrus, wood, and light spice. Medium body and moderate, foamy carboantion. A touch rough around the edges. Quite a lot of pickled onion monster munch. Ok.

Shared by Seb at Moeder Lambic. I was surprised to see Bellwoods on here as they rarely get out of their own pub in Toronto. Extra stuff from the Quebec St-Jean Event they held at the end of June I guess. It pours a bright gold with a yoghurt & tequila aroma. Which smells better than it sounds. The taste is mildly lactic and sour with a soft tequila flavor that compliments the Berliner Weisse character quite well. Good innovative stuff.
