Bottle shared at a tasting at Max’s place. Deep red color. Big juicy apple and pear aroma, sweet, with caramel, honey, liqueur, a bit of wood, vanilla. Rich sweet flavor with apple, caramel, honey, cookies, nice balancing tartness, wood, and vanilla. Really viscous sticky mouthfeel. Great stuff. Thanks 77ships for the recommendation!

375 ml. bottle purchased @ CiderCider. Sampled. Very dark for the style, very dark amber. Nose is big on sticky caramel, very thick & chewy nose, Sirop de Liège & light spices, big on sweetness in a great way. Taste carries a faint rubber note but focus is clearly on very sweet Sirop de Liège & cooked apples, brown sugar, faint cinnamon, surprisingly long finish that really ligers, gets a touch more spice forward in the back but only faintly so,… Quite warming but in a fitting way. Quite thick. Absolutely wonderful.

Pours clear , dark copper. Smell is intense, but a bit dusty. Taste is intense, pure, sweet apple. So intense, it becomes astrigent. Bit booze. Silky MF. Magnificent !
