Can (thanks fatphil). Pours yellow-golden. Aroma is cardboard, booze, grains, some maltiness. Flavor follows the nose. Overall: bad.

From the can (shared by Marduk - thanks). Golden with a white head. Sweet, malty and more balanced than expected. Not very pleasant, but still drinkable somehow.

0,5 l can. Pours hazy light golden yellow with a finger of dense white lasting head. Aroma of sweet malt and bread, soapy, some straw, alcohol, grassy, vegetables, light metallic. Taste is medium sweet with light bitterness with some light sourness. Body is medium, carbonation average. Finish is long, starts sweet, but some strange annoying flavor remain for a long time. Medicinal, but hard to describe. Ice cold is OK and it becomes really bad with temperature.

Can from Lidl, Loosduinen. Poured a crystal clear straw colour with a short-lived fizzy white head and a few bubbles. The aroma is sweet malt, alcohol, light hop. The flavour is moderate sweet with a crisp, sweet cardboard malt, woody alcohol bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with lively carbonation. I can see how some people might like this....

Clear blond to pale yellow beer, creamy irregular small white head, unstable, dissipates quickly. Aroma: very metallic, grains, malty, corn flakes, more metallic, unpleasant smell. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet start, sugary, some almonds, soft bitterness. Aftertaste: little bitter, very metallic, sweet, some caramel, bit spicy, grains, more caramel.

Can from a Lidl supermarket in Bruges. Pours clear and golden (typical colour of German Pale Lagers) with a foamy, collapsing, white head. Weak aroma of corn, honey, some spices, grass, cooked vegetable, artificial and chemical sweetener (in that sense a rather unique aroma), some glue and toothpaste (but not as strong as in e.g. the Hopvil Edelpils from Aldi). It tastes light malty sweet and light to medium grainy bitter; bitter, not too dry finish, a bit wry and vodka-like but not dominating. Light body, slick texture, soft to flat carbonation. Less enjoyable than the regular Perlenbacher Pils, but better than e.g. anything from the Gordon Finest series. (Edited 13/4/18)

Blik gedeeld door Inoven, geprobeerd in Oirschot. Het is een appelsap kleurig bier met. Veel schuim. Het heeft een pils smaak, wat zoet, waarbij de alcohol duidelijk aanwezig is.
