A very limited edition of Malalingua aged 9 months in casks of Vin Santo produced in the area. To guarantee unparalleled quality, only what the cask can supply is bottled, around 400 0.5 liter bottles for which the whole process is carried out manually, including labeling, capping and packaging. Each bottle is individually numbered, always with manual procedure, in order to emphasize the uniqueness of each glass.

Brown caramel colour. Aroma of raisins, alcohol, dried dark fruits, strong PX / Madeira / Vin Santo notes. Sweet flavour, raisins, lots of wood. Sweet finish, raisins, medjoul dates, dried apple, dessert wine. Beautiful!

Due to artificial coloured illumination, appearance not estimable, arbitrary 4/5 Old port + cognac (though it is, of course, the Vin Santo), bit oxydized, but seen its strength, still breathtaking. Vinous, old fortified wine, superbly aged. Slick, filthily rich & viscous, alcoholwarmth. Superb beer! Mille grazie, Sébastien!

500 ml. bottle sampled @ “Brazilian Tasting”. Thank you sebletitje! Malalingua & Malanima (wine BA – 356/401) versions sampled side-by-side. Gorgeous thin wine style bottles. Way lighter red amber oddly than non-BA version, zero head or signs of carbonation. Nose is big alcohol, strongly boozy, spirit, huge sweet wine character,… Oxidized & big wine, more wine than beer taste-wise, huge sweet wine with spirit quality, light chewy mats, big sugar & tannish (hugely so in the finish),.. Flat & wine-like with light malt character,… More wine than beer but not bad taste-wise. Good wine I suppose.

Bouteille 50cl de Beer for Bunnies, Bologna. Bottle# 356/401.
