(bottle) Dark brown colour with creamy, beige head. Malty, roasted, hoppy nose with chocolate, liquorice, treacle-toffee, tamarind, orange peel, caramel and hints of hazelnuts. Malty, roasted taste with notes of caramel, coffee, liquorice, toffee, tamarind, orange peel, grapefruit and a generous citric/piney bitterness in the finish. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well made imperial black IPA. Nice one.

On tap at Vrteška 2017, Shared with Višnja 666! Very dark, small tan head. Mostly malty with some hop aroma, potent. Dried fruit and licorice. Light body, soft carbonation, abrupt finish. Strong. Seems old, no hops here.

On tap at Vrteška 2017. Pours brown with beige head. Roasted malts, chocolate, cocoa, sweet with some bitterness in finish. Medium bodied. Probably not the freshest considering the lack of hoppiness.

Thanks Marko M. (or the others). Classic slightly oxidized IPA aroma, this time netting peachy and lemony notes, apart from all the malty/sugary bits. Aggressive, huge bitterness in the taste on some caramel. Smells okay in the end, but the taste and the mouthfeel are just too extreme.
