Bottle bought @ Etre. Pours hazy vibrant milky yellow with a frothy and fluffy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving lots of sticky trace and lacing on the glass. Smell is is fruity and rustic with crackers, grapefruit juice, mango, pineapple, hay, dry soil, minerals, fresh air, wiltering flowers, white pepper corns and lemon zest. Taste is bitter and fruity with crackers, grapefruit juice, mango, pineapple, unripe star fruit, morning dew moist grass, dry soil, mineral rich fresh crisp well water, lemon balm, pepper corns, lemon zest and hints of freshly grated ginger. Mouthfeel is crisp, dry, astringent and light bodied. Finish is bitter with crackers, grapefruit juice, unriep tropical fruits, moist grass, dry soil, minerals, pepper corns and lemon zest. Nose is marvelous giving you the sensation of standing in a garden a slightly chilly late summer evening and taste follows suit with a crisp fresh rustic fruitiness. Marvelous little beer which gives you all you want with two breweries of this magnitude collaborating.

Bottle picked up at Dranken Geers, Oostakker, nr Gent, consumed at home Saturday 27th December 2014. What a wonderful table beer, refreshing, easy drinking, nicely bitter, light citrussy touches throughout. Appearance is light ever so slightly lemony/gold. Really great beer that ends dry, damn good for the abv. A7 A3 T8 P4 Ov16 3.8

Hazy straw yellow colour, big foamy white head, recedes quickly, good lacing. Strong citrus aroma, grapefruit, lime, lemon grass. Flavour heavy bitter, light acidic, lemon. Light body, slick texture, average carbonation, lingering citric bitter finish. Overall a fresh zesty beer, despite the low alcohol content it never becomes thin.

Flaska från Etre Gourmet. Gyllengul, mycket disig, högt vitt poröst/storbubbligt skum. Jättestor, friskt syrlig citrusdoft med lika mycket zest som fruktkött av citron och gul grape. Vetesyrlig, torr, citra, citronzest, vit grape, citrongräs, citronmeliss, lite kryddig, medelstor beska, mycket lätt kropp. Så friskt och gott. En av de bästa 3,5:orna någonsin.

Keg at Moeder Lambic Fontainas - Brussels. Pours cloudy pale yellow with a wispy white head. The nose has cereal, biscuits, grass and lemon zest. Light sweet flavor with more cereal, flaked wheat, grassy bitterness, hay. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Nicely balanced on the finish with cleansing grassy bitterness and further stripped-down pale cereal malts. Tasty and drinkable.

330 ml bottle from etregourmet.be, bottled 10/9/14
Beautiful, pale blond, hazy body, with a big, frothy, white head, that dissipates pretty quickly, but leaves a lot of lacing.
Fresh aroma of yeast, citrus, orange peel, lemongrass, apricot, spices, dough, sugar.
Taste is light, but not thin at all, pretty dry and bitter, with about the same aromas.
Light, slick mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation and it finishes long, bitter, dry, citric and yeasty.

Tasty! Propably the best beer with such a sessionable ABV I’ve had so far! Very easy to drink, but still with a lot of lovely, fresh aromas and a nice hop bite, with a long-lasting finish. Really accomplished stuff!
