Keg at Borefts day1 26/09/2014. Bodegraven. Aroma is salty grapefruit sour, lime, kie lime pie. Translucent yellow / gressnish coloured pour with a small white head. Palate is earthy grapefruit, salted, with a nice touch of floral zesty lime. Palate is sharp with moderate carbonation.

Draught @ 6th Borefts Beer Festival 2014, Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Mont Salève Berliner Weisse ].Unclear matt medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt - wheat, moderate yeasty, baking yeast, citrus, vegetabel - apple notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, tart fruit, citrus, baking yeast. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20140926] 6-2-6-3-13 Bottle 750ml. @ [ (PBF XI) by oh6gdx - Petalax ]. [ As Mont Salève Berliner Weisse ].Clear light to medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, herbs, celery, moderate yeasty, spicy, pear, soured milk, lacto. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, pear, tart, lacto, dough - baking yeast, yeast, dry. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. Bottle sample @ Vini, Birre, Ribelli ’14, Bruxelles. Dorée paille, légèrement trouble, col fin blanc. Arôme offre un bouquet prononcé de moût, voire de grains fermentés sans pour cela offrir totalement le côté ’sour mash’ typique de Berliner. Palais reste dans une lignée similaire avec un caractère qui reste un peu adouci par rapport à l’idée que l’on a du style. Une rondeur de grains persiste et enlève un pu du charme de cette Berliner. Je note tout de même un léger côté lactique qui est agréable mais sert peu à renforcer l’idée même de Berliner. Ok à boire, plus comme bière de table, mais dans l’état, ce n’est pas l’idée que je me fais de ce type de bière.

Keg at BBF 6, 26/09/14. Clear pale yellow with moderate off white edgeing. Nose is citric peel, on the turn melon, straw, musty, apple core, tarte peach. Taste comprises tarte apple skins, spice, damp hay, lemon rind, citric peel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, crisp clean execution. Solid refreshing ’Linner.

[9/26/14] Draught sample at Borefts Beer Festival 2014 in Bodegraven. Hazy very pale yellow. Lovely lemony and lactic aroma. Sourish flavor, lemony, with some graininess and some yogurt. Light-bodied. Very nice and refreshing.

Sampled draft @ Borefts 2014. Thank you! Pale lemon, citrus, head. Smells honestly just like urine, lemon, lacto; Taste is urinal Berlinar sour, quite sour, very lactic, acidic lemon, green apple. Lactic body. Not sure what to think here but I do suppose that I liked it. So….

At BBF 14. Pours unclear, light yellow. No real head. SMell is harsh , dry , sour , bit sweet. Taste is bitter , sour, funk . Very dry . Some honey-ish faded sweetness . OK
