Bottle thanks to RobertDale! Pours hazy burnt umber tending to pink, medium creamy pink-white head, dissipates slowly nice lacing. Aroma is blueberries, funk, dust, lemon, basement aromas. Flavor is light sweet, light tart, light funk, blueberries and dusty basements. Light tbody, high carbonation. Doesn’t seem to popular here, but I liked this one.

75cl bottle courtesy of and shared with Omgrich. Note de brett. Retrouve un côté citrique-funk mais restant plaisant et des myrtilles qui ne tombent pas dans un fini trop âcre-aigre.

Thanks to omgrich! 750 ml. bottle sampled. Wow that is one seriously messed-up & hideous label. I don’t even want to know. Dark red amber, little white head. Nose is hugely puckering yoghurt, very sour, acidic, lemon acidity with very sour blueberries. Taste is hugely puckering, mineral sour, somewhat watery, very straightforward, very sour, lemon sourness, vinegar, sour yoghurt, acidity & very sour blueberry profile,… Hugely acidic, very simple,.. Puckering, thin & acidic. Just about okay.

25/VII/15 - 75cl bottle @ Trillium tasting, home - BB: n/a (2015-1006) Thanks to omgrich for sharing the beer!

Clear bright red beer, small irregular head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: rhubarb flavoured yoghurt, sweet, lactic, some sour cherries, chlorine, fruity, plums. MF: lots of carbon, medium to light body. Taste: sourish (from the carbon?), fruity touch, lots of chlorine, sourish, unpleasant bitterness. Aftertaste: very metallic, chlorine, little bitter, fruity. Could not for the life of me tell what fruit has been used in this brew.

750 ml bottle. Interesting nose, blueberry, graham crackers, cream. Weird. Muddy orange-salmon color with lots of gunk floating in it. Blueberry flavor, something like wood or cardboard, spoiled milk, yogurt, a bit harsh in the finish. Light spritzy carbonation. Doesn’t really work all that well.

Bottle thanks to Rainer. Pours a cloudy ruby orange with small white head that lasts. The aroma is strong blueberry skin and funk. Thin mouth, nice oak tannin, blueberry, light acidity, very nice.
