Bottle at Bob’s Bar during "Extravaganza!" on 02/27/2016. The beer is a clear amber-orange color with a medium foamy white head that recedes steadily to a film. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of malt, spice and banana. Medium body with flavors of caramel malt, banana and cloves. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.

Bomber from Total Wine, Tampa.

Draft at CCB guest tap. Dark Amber in color with light head in the snifter. Good retention. Aroma is yeast, caramel, and deep Munich malt. Flavor follows the aroma with a nice lingering yeast in the finish. Hints of roasted nuts and mild clove. It’s ok for an American version of the style.
