Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma has a nice tartness with some light berry and moderate cherry and plum fruit notes. Some moderate red wine and oak character. Light toasted bread and caramel malt notes. Light grape skin tannins. Pours a slightly cloudy, amber brown with a moderately large, fairly thick, tan head with great retention as it recedes to the edges. Flavor has a light sweetness upfront with a moderate tartness that quickly sweeps in. The sweetness allows some caramel, toffee and toasted bread character to shine through. Quite a bit of fruit character - berry, cherry and plum mostly with some grape skin tannins. Light red wine and oak notes. Lingering tartness with some dark fruit and red wine tannins. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a delicious red sour ale with a lot of dark fruit character and complimentary red wine and grape notes. Nice light malt character in the background with hints of oak.

Light amber golden colour, slightly hazy, white head. Sour aroma, wood, fruity, nuts. Only a light hint of grapes. Yeast profile reminding of standard American sours. Sour flavour, candy, tart, citric acid, acetic, hint of solvent, light sweetness. Sour finish, gooseberries. Decent.

750 ml. bottle obtained in a trade with digita7693. Thx! Shared with multiple people. Very minor gusher, just some foam coming out. First glass pours a hazy orange, gets quite hazy near murky reddish orange, touch brown afterwards, little in the way of head, only an off-white rim on the sides of the glass. Nose is tart musty overripe red fruits, quite murky with vinegar, some oak, overripe red grapes, touch wine vinegar, sour profile is reminiscent of the standard sour mix that a lot of craft brewers use. Taste is similar murky overripe red grapes, touch red fruits, musty oak barrel, lots of the previously said profile, old barrels, quite tart and vinegary in the end with the profile. Fine carb. lots of shredded fruits in the feel. I was told that this was spontaneously fermented so I expected a unique and wild profile but this was the same to the standard mix that a lot of breweries use in its sour profile as well as quite vinegary. Too bad even if quite an enjoyable beer and I definitely enjoyed drinking it.
